ACCEPTING. COMPASSIONATE. EFFECTIVE.
I have a lifetime of personal experience and over eight years of clinical training and experience working with adults, children, families, couples, and teens to support my work with you. Whether you seek individual couples or family therapy, I can help you.
I work with all types, styles, and configurations of families and relationships including individuals, families with members who struggle, neurodiverse families, and multi-generational and non-traditional family and relationship structures.
Relationships are my passion. Relationships are where we grow as human beings whether it is your relationship with yourself or your relationships with others.
Trauma can disrupt our relationships with ourselves and with others. You might feel stuck. You might feel overwhelmed. Healing trauma can help you heal relationships.
I provide a safe accepting and non-judgmental place for you to work through issues and help guide you towards new perspectives and new solutions.
